JT LEADS provides professional car wash, car detailing, and car servicing solutions. All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.

2. Appointments & Payments

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment may be required in advance or upon service completion.
  • JT LEADS reserves the right to refuse service for any vehicle due to safety, hygiene, or operational concerns.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
  • Informing us of any pre-existing damage or special service requirements
  • Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time

 

JT LEADS is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

4. Liability

While we take reasonable care when providing services, JT LEADS shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Mechanical or electrical issues not caused by our services
  • Minor wear and tear resulting from standard cleaning or servicing procedures

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the discretion of JT LEADS management.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of JT LEADS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

JT LEADS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
